Quasha ‘Q’ Cheneau
Quasha “Q” Cheneau is a Grammy Award-winning dancer, movement coach, and personal trainer whose passion for movement runs deep. Born in New Orleans and proud to represent her city, she’s been dancing her whole life, studying in California before returning home for high school and continuing to make her mark through performance and wellness.
Her dance journey includes time with Ohana Maoli of TVHS, the OPW Chargerettes, ULL’s Infinity Hip Hop Dance Group, and as one of the original Dega Diamonds of Talladega College. With experience across cultural, collegiate, and competitive teams, Q brings energy, artistry, and real connection to every space she moves through.
And that’s just part of her story. Over the years, she’s graced countless stages, appeared in music videos, and choreographed for artists across genres—always bringing her signature blend of soul, strength, and style.
Now also certified in fitness coaching and personal training, she blends her love of dance with a commitment to wellness, helping people of all ages express themselves, move with confidence, and actually enjoy getting stronger. Whether she’s working with kids, adults, or entire communities, her goal is always the same: to make movement feel empowering, joyful, and accessible because wellness should never be boring.
