Omari “Halo” Dillard

Omari "Halo Tha Clown" Dillard was raised in Los Angeles, CA. He began to dance at the age of 15 and started learning Popping and Locking. He then discovered Krumping and Hip Hop Clowning, training with Rocco the Clown and was invited to join his first Clowning group in 2011 under the direction of Homeboy the Clown. In 2015, he joined Demolition Crew and The League of Clowns in 2018. Omari is now the leader of the New Orleans Chapter of TLOC. He obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees in Criminal Justice and teaches Hip Hop at studios locally around New Orleans. Hes a former member of the Pelicans Entertainment Team and has performed in music videos and on stage with artists such as Fresh x Reckless, Big Freedia, and Master P. Omari is very grateful of the opportunities he has received since relocating back to New Orleans.
